Brandon Titus, MS, QSP - Principal

Brandon Titus is a former Captain in the United States Army and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering.

Mr. Titus has over 15 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, systems engineer, civil affairs and information operations officer, educator, and team collaborator. It is this experience that brings values-driven leadership to the Pax team, and a holistic approach to projects. He plays an integral role in the oversight of complex projects, providing technical review, training, and management of multidisciplinary teams. He is a Qualified SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) Practitioner (QSP) and has managed SWPPP monitoring for several utility construction projects throughout California. Mr. Titus is trained in wetlands delineation per the accepted protocols of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and state and local agencies. He is well versed in habitats and species occurring in southern and central California, as well as environmental compliance at the local, state, and federal levels. In 2016, Brandon Titus received the Ventura County Office of Education: Business Pathfinder Award on behalf of Pax for his continued commitment to setting the standard for education and workforce collaboration in the Energy, Environment, and Utilities sectors. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors with his son, backpacking, snowboarding, and kayak fishing.
