Our staff is well versed with the permit applications associated with the Clean Water Act (CWA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and the California Endangered Species Act (CESA), and have experience with regulatory agencies including California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB).
