Iggy Sharp, MS - Chief of Staff, Director of Programs
Iggy Sharp has 15 years of experience managing and conducting environmental projects throughout California. He serves as Senior Program Manager and Director at Pax supporting everything from small-scale residential to large-scale utility programs.
Mr. Sharp manages a team of 50+ wildlife biologists, archaeologists, and support staff with an emphasis on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Under his guidance, Pax’s biology team conducts ecological restoration, stormwater sampling, habitat assessments, species-specific surveys, protocol-level surveys, nesting bird surveys, construction monitoring, and jurisdictional delineations. Pax’s archaeology team conducts cultural resource surveys, construction monitoring, Department of Parks Recreation 523s (DPRs), excavations, and more. During his 6 years at Pax, Mr. Sharp has overseen thousands of work orders for Southern California Edison’s (SCE) environmental compliance program as well as on-call and large capital projects for other utilities and municipalities across California. Mr. Sharp holds a master’s degree in plant ecology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, snowboarding, hiking, biking, surfing, and gardening.
